Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience
- Answer the phone with a smile each and every time, and accurately schedule appointments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting spa environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- Remember small details that make The Woodhouse special such as the guest's favorite drink, warm neck wrap, and personal occasions like birthdays and anniversaries
- Serve as backup for the leadership team when they are busy and ensure the spa runs smoothly
- Be available for evening and weekend shifts
