Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Duties

Provide friendly and efficient registration and information to guests and associates
Serve as liaison between spa treatments and amenities
Display self-confidence, grace, and courtesy in all guest and colleague interactions
Maintain high standards of customer service and teamwork
Handle inquiries about spa services and member perks
Support the Spa team with various administrative and guest service tasks
Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the Spa reception
