high school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
strong communication skills
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic computer proficiency
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

greet and check in spa guests
manage spa reservations and appointments
provide information about spa services and treatments
assist with retail product sales
maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth guest experiences
handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently
