Job Duties
- Schedule spa treatments and appointments
- Register guests and process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
- Manage spa reservations for package deals and individual treatments
- Make product and treatment recommendations to spa clients
- Foster a calm and relaxing atmosphere in the spa environment
- Promote wellness and provide an indigenous spa experience
- Serve as the final point of contact for spa guest inquiries and needs
