Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa environment preferred
- Must possess or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 1 month of hire
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy with ability to learn software programs
- Understanding of Property Management System (ResortSuite)
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Check in guests at the Life in Balance Spa
- Schedule and manage spa appointments
- Maintain spa facilities including locker rooms, quiet lounge and pool deck
- Act as liaison between guests, spa management and other resort departments
- Manage the Property Management System (ResortSuite)
- Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
