Job Duties
- schedule spa treatments
- register guests and process various forms of payment including room charges, credit cards, and cash
- manage spa reservations for individual treatments and deluxe spa packages
- make product and treatment recommendations to spa guests
- promote wellness and provide a welcoming environment for relaxation
- assist guests with inquiries and ensure satisfaction with spa services
- maintain accurate records and coordinate with spa staff
