Job Duties
- schedule spa treatments and manage appointments
- register spa guests and process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
- maintain accurate guest records and complete spa registration forms
- recommend spa products and treatments tailored to guest needs
- handle spa reservations for packages and individual services
- promote a calm and relaxing atmosphere within the spa environment
- provide excellent customer service and serve as the final point of contact for spa guests
