Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- age 21 or older
- ability to work weekends and most holidays
- ability to stand and bend over for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- ability to move between floors using stairs
- availability for approximately 25 hours per week
- flexibility to work Sundays
- compliance with all company policies and procedures
- regular and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21+ years old to adhere to liquor license
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism
- comfortable interacting with guests in a spa setting
- leadership experience in a similar role or front-office operations
- comfortable with driving company sales goals and initiatives
- proficiency in English language reading, writing, and verbal
- computer proficiency
- previous customer service and telephone reservations experience
- basic accounting skills for transactions and closing procedures
Job Duties
- Be a steward of the Woodhouse brand
- serve as primary support for the spa's manager, therapists, and guests
- ensure that every guest has a friendly, inviting, and memorable experience
- answer incoming calls and listen to guests' needs to schedule appointments or provide service recommendations and collect payment
- partner with therapists to increase guest retention and retail sales by scheduling follow-up appointments and promoting products
- educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including locker room and amenities
- drive service and retail sales awareness by promoting products and services
