Job Duties
- Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa reservations software
- Call guests to confirm scheduled services
- Answer questions about available services
- Update the reservations and cancellations list throughout the day and inform providers of last-minute changes
- Resolve scheduling issues by collaborating with supervisor or manager
- Check in guests for appointments and provide spa orientation
- Process guest payments for spa services
- Promote and sell spa services
