Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED is required
- Minimum one year hotel, spa, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language
- Must be able to compute accurate mathematical calculations
- Must provide legible communication and directions
- Must perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Must prioritize and organize tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support the company philosophy and culture through "The Biltmore Legend" to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support the Spa Director's goals and relate guest feedback
- Maintain the reception area tidy, clean, and fully stocked at all times
- Follow company and department standards and procedures, including those of the Leading Hotels affiliation
- Maintain a high standard of service throughout the spa as per BSOPs
- Assist in operations of all spa departments including front desk, spa retail area, relaxation and locker areas, prep area, sales and marketing, and spa suites
- Report any dysfunctional equipment to Spa MOD
- Maintain inventory of supplies for spa reception based on inventory calendar
- Attend spa meetings and mandatory training courses
- Assist with demonstrations, events, and training sessions
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
- Greet guests warmly, give tours to new guests, recognize returning guests, and provide excellent service
- Oversee incoming and outgoing faxes and follow up as necessary
- Address all correspondence, including emails and voicemails, timely
- Handle guest comments and resolve concerns appropriately
- Use guest names and communicate special guest information to spa colleagues and managers
- Guide guests through the booking process with personalized recommendations
- Record guest preferences proactively and assist with reservations beyond spa services
- Ensure guests have a seamless journey throughout the day
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and appropriate appearance
- Organize appointment schedules to maximize profitability and guest needs
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Understand spa software, treatments, and retail products
- Prepare gift certificates and packaging
- Stay informed on current spa trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
