Job Duties
- greet and welcome spa guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- assist guests in booking spa treatments and provide detailed information about available services
- recommend spa products based on individual guest needs and preferences
- maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the spa reception area to uphold luxury standards
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure complete satisfaction
- coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to manage schedules efficiently
- process payments and manage administrative tasks related to spa appointments
