Job Requirements

  • US work authorization
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in answering phones in a customer oriented environment
  • Proficient computer skills including typing
  • Ability to operate office machines such as fax, printer, copier
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Self motivated and responsible
  • Ability to meet employment eligibility criteria

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with point of sale systems, preferably Book4Time
  • Strong computer literacy and typing skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows operating system
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or phone support
  • Demonstrated excellent customer care and service excellence
  • Team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome all spa guests promptly and courteously
  • Provide accurate information regarding spa services and homecare offerings
  • Operate point of sale systems for booking and retail transactions
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professional etiquette and assist with customer inquiries
  • Maintain front of house appearance and ensure the area is clean and inviting
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage guest flow to optimize service delivery
  • Assist with administrative tasks including managing business machines such as fax, copier, and printer
