Job Requirements
- US work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in answering phones in a customer oriented environment
- Proficient computer skills including typing
- Ability to operate office machines such as fax, printer, copier
- Maintain professional appearance at all times
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Self motivated and responsible
- Ability to meet employment eligibility criteria
Job Qualifications
- Experience with point of sale systems, preferably Book4Time
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Windows operating system
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer service or phone support
- Demonstrated excellent customer care and service excellence
- Team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all spa guests promptly and courteously
- Provide accurate information regarding spa services and homecare offerings
- Operate point of sale systems for booking and retail transactions
- Answer incoming phone calls with professional etiquette and assist with customer inquiries
- Maintain front of house appearance and ensure the area is clean and inviting
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage guest flow to optimize service delivery
- Assist with administrative tasks including managing business machines such as fax, copier, and printer
