Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • basic proficiency in spanish preferred
  • willingness to work part-time hours
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift, move, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • no supervisory experience required
  • adherence to company policies and procedures
  • maintain confidentiality
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • previous hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • schedule spa and beauty salon services for individuals and large groups using reservation software
  • call guests to confirm scheduled appointments
  • respond to questions about available services
  • update reservation and cancellation lists throughout the day
  • inform providers of last-minute changes
  • resolve scheduling issues in coordination with supervisor or manager
  • check guests in upon arrival
  • confirm guest names and provide general spa orientation
  • promote and sell spa and beauty salon services
  • manage assigned cash drawer ensuring accuracy and security
  • process guest payments and obtain payment authorizations as required
  • accept and record cash tips for employees
  • reconcile, scan, and deliver receipts to accounting
  • notify engineering of maintenance and repair needs
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • welcome guests according to company standards anticipating and addressing their service needs
  • assist guests with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally including proper telephone etiquette
  • foster positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
