Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a luxury spa or resort environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Physical capability to perform job duties including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and mobility tasks
- Capability to operate within a moderate noise environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role for a high-luxury salon and spa preferred
- Experience in high-volume luxury spa or resort preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Polished appearance and demeanor
- Excellent guest and member skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Ability to resolve problems satisfactorily for both guest and company
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate high levels of integrity
- Willingness and ability to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, offering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival
- Provide information about spa services, treatment options, packages, and facilities to assist clients in making informed choices
- Assist guests in scheduling appointments based on their preferences and availability
- Manage the spa's appointment calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of resources
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate booking details and a smooth transition for clients
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Offer personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs
