Job Requirements
- lifting 50 lbs maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing
- must maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- must be able to sit, stand, stoop or bend for at least eight hours

Job Duties
- maintain established resort and departmental policies, procedures, standards, and objectives
- adhere to club rules and regulations
- maintain a cooperative and professional work relationship and team attitude with members, guests, and staff
- adhere to industry code of ethics
- deliver Forbes Five Star service standards and protocols as outlined within the job scope 100% of the time while scheduled
- adhere to all resort guidelines and policies including proper entrance and exit of the spa
- accurately schedule all spa reservations, changes, or cancellations in SpaSoft
- process all billing and posting for spa and retail services accurately
- explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests
- provide spa concierge services including resort directions, F&B reservations, laundry requests
- possess knowledge of spa operations and clearly communicate information to guests
- greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing members, guests, and staff according to resort standards
- monitor locker rooms, lounges, pool areas when necessary
- maintain a neat and organized front desk and lobby
- properly open, maintain, and close spa according to standard operating procedures
- respond to all member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
- sell spa retail products and maintain retail display areas
- use suggestive selling techniques
- assist with mail orders and special mailings
- assist in all areas of spa operation
- maintain a cooperative team attitude
- maintain a safe and clean work environment
- actively contribute to finding solutions for challenges
- enhance professional growth through educational programs
- participate in training sessions and meetings
- know emergency procedures of treatment areas
- perform other related duties as assigned
