Job Requirements
- At least 1 year customer service experience, preferably scheduling appointments
- possess professional telephone etiquette for booking appointments and guest requests
- be able to make sound decisions by anticipating guest needs
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining customer service
- possess general accounting skills as required for cash and credit transactions and daily closeout paperwork
- ability to prioritize, organize and follow up on tasks
- must maintain confidentiality of guest information
- be willing to work varying schedules including holidays
- be able to handle guests' complaints courteously and professionally and stay calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- knowledge of spa services and products
- professional telephone etiquette
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Promote and upsell spa services and retail products
- schedule reservations and confirm appointments
- provide answers to guest inquiries about services
- check in guests and process payments
- maintain positive and helpful attitude with guests and team members
- setup and breakdown of spa amenities
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa facility
- assist with laundry duties and stock linens and supplies
- follow proper chemical handling and cleaning procedures
- handle complaints professionally and calmly
