Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Available to work full-time or part-time shifts
Excellent communication skills
Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
Must be reliable and punctual
Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Provide personal attention to guests from the moment they enter
Educate guests on spa experience, amenities, and locker room
Answer phone calls with a friendly and welcoming tone
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting spa atmosphere including lighting, music, and scent
Remember and acknowledge personal guest preferences like favorite drinks and special occasions
Support leadership by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Deliver exceptional guest service that invokes delight and satisfaction
