Job Duties

  • Schedule spa and salon services using reservation software
  • call guests to confirm appointments
  • answer questions about services
  • update reservation and cancellation lists
  • inform providers of schedule changes
  • resolve scheduling issues with supervisors
  • check in guests and provide spa orientation
  • promote and sell spa and salon services
  • handle assigned bank and ensure cash accuracy
  • process guest payments and obtain payment authorization
  • accept and log cash tips
  • balance and submit receipts to accounting
  • notify engineering of maintenance needs
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • follow company policies and maintain professional appearance
  • welcome guests and anticipate service needs
  • assist guests with disabilities
  • communicate clearly and professionally
  • develop positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance standards
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • perform other duties as assigned
