Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work full time or part time including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication skills
Professional and polished appearance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in a hospitality or spa environment preferred
Passion for wellness and guest satisfaction
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Job Duties

Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and helping them have a seamless experience
Answer the phone with a smile every time
Act as brand ambassador by ensuring the spa environment is clean, safe, and has appropriate lighting, music, and scent
Remember small details like guest favorite drinks, neck wraps, birthdays, and anniversaries
Serve as backup for leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations
