Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Availability to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker rooms and amenities, and help them have a seamless experience
- Answer the phone with a smile each and every time
- Be the brand ambassador ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe place with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- Remember small details that make The Woodhouse special such as the guest's favorite drink and important personal details
- Serve as backup for the leadership team to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure spa areas look pristine
- Perform laundry and cleaning duties when needed
