Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude
- Knowledge of spa services and products a plus
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Sales skills to recommend and promote products
Job Duties
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience while assisting on their scheduling of the perfect treatments customized to their needs
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Introduces the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome a tour of our changing lounge and amenities and helping them to have a seamless experience
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special such as the guest's favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, and personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Is the brand ambassador making sure the guest enters a clean safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
- Remains educated on all products offered by our spa and follows up with the closing of the sale
- Invites the guests to re-schedule their reservations for their next visit with us to ensure they are aiding in building the retention of the business
- Serves as backup for the leadership team when they are busy taking care of the big stuff
- ensures things are running smoothly
