Job Requirements
- College degree or comparable work experience
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests immediately and offer assistance with their needs
- Make and confirm spa reservations
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests
- Transmit and receive messages using telephones or the property management system
- Receive and resolve guest complaints, escalating to management when necessary
- Perform bookkeeping activities including balancing accounts and conducting audits
- Ensure high guest satisfaction scores and work to increase overall guest satisfaction
- Follow sustainability guidelines in line with the Earth View program
- Practice safe work habits and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other management-assigned duties as required
