Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- educate guests on the Woodhouse experience including introduction to locker room and amenities
- answer phone calls and book appointments with a smile
- serve as brand ambassador ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment
- remember personal guest details such as favorite drink and special occasions
- provide backup support to leadership ensuring smooth operations
- recommend products and up-sell services to meet sales quotas
