- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to locker room and amenities, and guiding a seamless experience
- Answer the phone with a smile every time
- Act as brand ambassador ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe environment with appropriate lighting, music, and scent
- Remember small personalized details like guest's favorite drink, neck wrap preferences, birthdays, and anniversaries
- Serve as backup for leadership, ensuring smooth operations during busy times
