Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- experience in a similar role preferred

Job Qualifications

- experience in a similar role for a high-luxury salon and spa preferred
- experience in high-volume luxury spa or resort preferred
- must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, offering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere upon their arrival
- provide information about spa services, treatment options, packages, and facilities to assist clients in making informed choices
- assist guests in scheduling appointments based on their preferences and availability
- manage the spa's appointment calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of resources
- handle guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate booking details and a smooth transition for clients
- address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally
- offer personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs
