Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of spa services is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Educate the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
- Answer the phone with a smile each and every time
- Serve as the brand ambassador by ensuring the guest enters a clean, welcoming environment with the right lighting, music and scent
- Remember small details that make The Woodhouse special, such as the guest's name, favorite drink, and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries
- Serve as backup for the leadership team during busy times to ensure smooth operations
