Job Requirements
- spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- ability to lift, pull, push, and drag moderate weight
- ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation
- schedule spa treatments and manage guest registrations
- process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
- manage spa reservations for deluxe packages and individual treatments
- make product and treatment recommendations to spa guests
- promote wellness and provide a memorable indigenous spa experience
- assist with maintaining cleanliness and stocking in spa areas
