Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend reach and lift to 50 lbs and push up to 75 lbs
- Frequent lifting required
- Experience working in a customer service role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of client and spa information
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must maintain a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

- Possess excellent guest service skills and be responsible for ensuring a quality guest experience in the spa

- Responsible and dependable with ability to fulfill on-call scheduling needs according to the demands of the business

Job Duties
- Prepares public spaces for guest arrival including cleaning sanitation stocking restocking supplies and replacing linen
- Supports new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the spa
- Greets guests and members providing information and directions as necessary
- Maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a quality work environment
- Regularly attends participates in and supports training and staff meetings
- Reports any maintenance problems throughout the spa to the proper authority
- Maintains client and spa business confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Communicates to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
- Instructs guests where they may change and or dress for spa treatments and experiences
- Maintains locker room sanitary and safe condition including shower areas and vanities
- Maintains all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition
- Maintains spa garden spaces ensuring neat safe and sanitary conditions
- Ensures guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary
- Participates in periodic product inventory as directed
- Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities
- Completes other duties as assigned by management
