Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Job Qualifications
- Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist guests in the correct use of all facilities including sauna and steam room
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Spa and complete all shift duties
- Maintain all storage and distribution areas in a clean and organized condition
- Ensure stocking of all spa amenities, toiletries and linen inventory
- Distribute linen to designated areas in accordance with established par levels
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Exhibit company standards with guests, members, and colleagues
- Maintain positive attitude and work effectively with variety of people
- Adapt easily to organizational and environmental changes
- Clean and maintain spa, equipment and rooms
- Promote spa treatments and services
- Maintain alertness and observe safety standards for guest and colleague safety
- Uphold and ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures
- Attend all scheduled employee, spa, resort, and departmental meetings
- Adhere to and promote the corporate culture
