Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook
- positive attitude and ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with colleagues efficiently and effectively
- ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
- maintain alertness and observe safety standards to ensure guest and colleague safety at all times
- uphold and ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- assist guests in the correct use of all facilities, sauna, steam room
- ensure the smooth operation of the Spa and complete all shift duties
- maintain that all storage and distribution area in a clean and organized condition
- ensure stocking of all spa amenities, toiletries and linen inventory
- distribute linen to designated areas in the Spa in accordance with established par levels
- perform all opening and closing duties
