Job Requirements
- Minimum one year in guest or customer service role
- availability to work eight-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- fluency in English
- current authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year in guest or customer service role, spa experience preferred
- ability to work eight-hour shifts with varying schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to endure long periods of standing, walking, and lifting
- capacity to pick up cups, weights, towels, and clean equipment including stretch mats and other accessories
- ability to push or pull laundry carts weighing up to 50 pounds, lift towel baskets up to 50 pounds, and handle drink dispensers
- fluency in English
- current work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Keep all Wellness Floor areas neat, vacuumed and dust-free
- clean mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, and doors ensuring they are mark-free
- remove all trash from designated areas
- set up and maintain spa amenities including refreshments, locker rooms, fitness center, yoga studio, and pre-treatment area
- respond to guest requests and inquiries on the Wellness Floor and direct guests accordingly
- retrieve and fold towels
- retrieve, deliver, and store or set up products as needed from purchasing
