Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in spa or customer service environment preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain order and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Attend to women's or men's same gender respite room to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities
- replenish clean towel supply throughout the facility
- perform rounds of the facility to ensure neatness and order
- attend to the reception desk to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
- understand basic RIO system operations for view-only purposes to communicate service times and availability
- gather used linens and distribute clean linens
- assist spa technicians with cleaning of baths between treatments
- support maintenance staff with daily water readings/testing in the spa relaxation pool
- maintain neatness around the spa relaxation pool lounge area
- advise spa hostess on food and beverage replenishment
- assist group coordinator with special group setup tasks
- provide information about The American Club resort property and businesses
- maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area and retail centers
- keep spa technicians informed
- inform supervisor if additional staff is needed
- perform proper opening/closing procedures
- provide food and beverage support and delivery of lunches
- maintain high level of customer service
- greet customers immediately upon arrival
- know services and duration each technician performs
- be courteous, professional and friendly
- know proper emergency procedures
- complete on-site certified CPR training
