Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
  • Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort hotel cleanliness
  • Walk all areas of the Spa regularly to collect trash and soiled linen
  • Pickup clean linen and refill the locker rooms as needed
  • Ensure all amenities are well stocked and available for guest use
  • Clean all spa public member and guest areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures
  • Work with Housekeeping management to ensure necessary supplies are available
  • Always respond in a friendly helpful manner to guests and other team members
