Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
- Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort hotel cleanliness
- Walk all areas of the Spa regularly to collect trash and soiled linen
- Pickup clean linen and refill the locker rooms as needed
- Ensure all amenities are well stocked and available for guest use
- Clean all spa public member and guest areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures
- Work with Housekeeping management to ensure necessary supplies are available
- Always respond in a friendly helpful manner to guests and other team members
