Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with associates
- Utilize a daily checklist to complete assigned projects
- Maintain spa, indoor pool, and health club areas neat and clean
- Maintain bathrooms by checking continuously and keeping floors dry
- Clean health club equipment with approved disinfectants
- Deliver and replenish clean towels to assigned sections
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working condition
- Report deficiencies to the appropriate manager
- Complete special projects as assigned by Spa Director
- Collect and dispose of trash according to hotel procedures
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety of guests and associates
- Handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
- Manage lost and found items according to hotel standards
- Turn in keys and assignment sheets to Spa Office at shift end
- Be familiar with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and house rules
- Maintain attentiveness, friendliness, helpfulness, and courtesy to all guests, managers, and associates
- Vacuum guest corridors as trained
- Maintain stairwells to hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa and linen rooms
- Attend meetings as required by management
- Perform other duties as requested by management
