- ability to stay on your feet while restocking fitness and spa locker room facilities
- ability to fold towels and spa robes
- ability to complete general housekeeping/cleaning assignments in the spa
- flexible schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- excellent customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- previous guest service experience
- experience within a luxury spa or hospitality role is a plus
- previous Spa booker software experience is a plus
- a caring, hard-working, outgoing individual who is able to meet/exceed customer expectations
- a team-oriented attitude and a detail-focused mind
- excellent customer service skills with the desire to work in a team environment
- a flexible schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Job Duties
- know all services and amenities
- greet guests with a welcoming demeanor
- conduct tours of the spa and fitness center
- maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
- ensure products are stocked and filled
- support hotel concierge duties for the Langdon Building
- assist guests throughout their spa and fitness experience
