The role of Spa Attendant/Front Desk Agent at Highgate Hotels is integral in delivering a unique and outstanding spa experience for members and guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one-year experience in spa or related field preferred
- one-year retail experience preferred
- flexible availability including long hours
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees
- greet and welcome all guests and members
- check guests and members in and out and administer keys to locker areas
- process transactions for events, guest fees, membership fees, and dues
- handle all administrative spa functions including using spa software, maintaining inventory of supplies, answering telephones, making appointments, and answering questions
- be the primary source of information about spa services and procedures to ensure guest comfort
- assist guests in the retail area
- arrange spa appointments for ala carte services, activities, and packages
- monitor appointments and staff schedules to ensure efficiency
- assist guests and members with spa prescriptions
- prepare facility for proper daily opening and closing
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the spa and ensure amenities are in working order
- provide spa tours as necessary
