Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 25lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
- Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness
- Walk all areas of the spa regularly to collect trash and soiled linen
- Pick up clean linen and refill the locker rooms as needed
- Ensure all amenities are well stocked and available for guest use
- Clean all spa public, member, and guest areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures
- Work with housekeeping management to ensure necessary supplies are available
- Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members
