Job Requirements

- Prior experience as a people leader
- Previous experience within a resort/hotel luxury spa
- Active proponent of health, fitness, and wellness
- Excellent communication skills for guest and management interaction
- Ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of spa sales and retail development
- Fluency in English
- Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead by example and instill a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees
- Ensure the department is organized in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity
- Maintain all administration duties including payroll, scheduling, and expense/supply management
- Effectively communicate and coordinate operational activities with key relationships in retail outlets and Four Seasons staff
- Provide timely updates on spa operations to the Director and assist in creating and implementing opportunities for improving guest services and spa operations
