Job Requirements

  • 4-year college/university degree
  • Prior experience as a people leader
  • Previous experience within a resort/hotel luxury spa
  • Active proponent of health, fitness, and wellness
  • Excellent communication skills for guest and management interaction
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of spa sales and retail development
  • Fluency in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Lead by example and instill a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees
  • Ensure the department is organized in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain all administration duties including payroll, scheduling, and expense/supply management
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate operational activities with key relationships in retail outlets and Four Seasons staff
  • Provide timely updates on spa operations to the Director and assist in creating and implementing opportunities for improving guest services and spa operations
