Job Duties
- assist the Director of Spa with daily operations of spa, salon, fitness, tennis, and retail departments
- manage staffing and scheduling
- conduct standards training for employees
- ensure exceptional guest service delivery
- coordinate retail promotions and events
- resolve guest concerns and problems
- prepare and review financial reports
- maintain supplies and equipment inventory
