Job Duties
- assist the Director of Spa with day-to-day operations of the Spa, Salon, Fitness, Tennis, and Retail departments
- manage staffing and conduct standards training
- deliver exceptional guest service
- promote retail sales and coordinate events
- resolve guest problems efficiently
- prepare and maintain financial reports
- oversee supplies and equipment maintenance
