Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory or management experience required

Job Duties
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
- manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor for staffing success
- determine staffing requirements and assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
- create and reinforce a sales culture to maximize sales potential and proper cash handling
- coordinate field personnel, equipment, and manage inventory of supplies
- coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service
- analyze sales activity and reports to identify trends and implement plans to drive successful operation
- communicate and partner with District Manager/Regional Manager to align and strategize venues
- establish and maintain successful vendor relations
- partner with host venue to support seamless, efficient operations
- address and resolve customer concerns to ensure optimal guest experiences
- perform all other duties as assigned
