Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • proficiency in using computers and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
  • strong interpersonal skills with the willingness to consistently provide superior customer service
  • physical ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 pounds, as well as perform tasks like bending, twisting, squatting and reaching throughout the work shift
  • availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, greeting and thanking them, and assisting with their needs
  • answer phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance
  • assist customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and providing personalized information
  • upsell and promote items to increase overall sales and enhance the customer experience

  • follow company standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations
