Job Duties
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, induction burners, dish machines, mixers, ovens, and refrigeration equipment
- Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Clean and sanitize dishes, fountain soda machines, sinks, lobby tables, chairs, and other areas
- Fold and stock boxes, cups, lids, napkins, and related supplies
- Have firm knowledge of health department rules related to food storage, production, and service
- Understand Sexy Pizza's history, delivery area, and general information
- Safely handle and store sharp and heavy equipment
- Follow recipe and cooking instructions
- Adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and company policies
- Stock and maintain sufficient food product levels at line stations
- Portion food products prior to cooking
- Handle, store, and rotate products according to health standards
- Assist with food prep assignments during off-peak periods
- Properly open and close the kitchen following checklists
- Assist in other restaurant areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand for extended periods up to 4 consecutive hours
- Be eligible to work in the United States
