Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Familiarity with human resources management and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
Job Duties
- Owns, leads and oversees daily commissary kitchen operations
- Manages fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, and inventory control
- Represents commissary kitchens in divisional, property, or corporate meetings
- Executes policies, operating procedures, pricing initiatives, training programs, menus and rules for commissary staff
- Maintains highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness
- Manages human resources responsibilities including teamwork promotion, performance feedback, hiring, training, succession planning, and compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and product quality
- Reviews and executes BEOs, SEOs and MEOs
- Collaborates with divisional directors, executive chefs and kitchen teams to ensure seamless product delivery
- Maintains excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items and kitchen equipment
- Performs additional job-related duties as requested
