Job Requirements
- 1+ years of cooking experience
- must be willing and able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior experience as a cook in a similar environment is preferred
- knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety principles
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- effective team collaboration skills
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Skillfully apply culinary techniques and maintain solid knowledge of food products
- Safely use kitchen equipment and restock supplies and food items as needed
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Maintain menu knowledge and attention to detail in plate presentation
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service
- Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups as required
- Collaborate with the team to meet guest needs and inquiries
