Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • effective communication skills
  • customer service focused
  • ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • more than 2 years of food and beverage experience including supervisory or managerial roles
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
  • familiarity with inventory management systems
  • excellent guest service orientation
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • create daily floor plans to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations
  • supervise dining room floor service during operational hours
  • conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records
  • maintain communication with the Chef regarding food service and menu issues
  • coordinate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest and employee needs
  • order and manage supplies through the IP System
  • prepare purchase requisitions as needed
  • keep inventory forms and stocking areas up to date
  • inspect food from support departments to ensure freshness and quality
  • communicate directly with guests for special requests and large party reservations
