Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle for travel
- Ability to work 3-4 days per week on campus and travel regionally
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and endure long periods of driving
- Capability to operate technical equipment and sit for extended periods
- Passion for serving in the pro-life field
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and strong organizational skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in budget management
- Emotional and physical resilience
- Must be teachable to learn SFLA technologies and platforms
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Some experience working or volunteering within the pro-life movement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortability with public speaking
- Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Knowledge of grammar rules and use of the Oxford comma
Job Duties
- Start new Students for Life groups at middle schools, homeschools, high schools, community colleges, universities, and medical/law schools
- Turn inactive groups into higher quality groups by improving activity levels and providing support and materials
- Serve as a substitute for Regional Coordinators by maintaining communication, conducting trainings, and mentoring
- Participate in weekly calls and daily group chats to report progress
- Enter data and perform regular use of database systems
- Engage in outreach through tabling, flyering, clipboarding, and event participation
- Manage travel schedules including planning, booking host homes, and adhering to regulations
