Job Duties
- coordinate bespoke catering and provisioning with high-end caterers and fixed base operators
- maintain strict confidentiality and enforce security protocols around passenger manifests and VIP client activities
- conduct tailored safety briefings ensuring FAA compliance in a non-traditional cabin environment
- collaborate with team travel managers, ground transportation, and flight dispatchers for seamless logistics
- ensure aircraft cabin is immaculately clean, stocked, and perfectly staged prior to passenger arrival
