Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age upon application
- high school diploma or GED required
- college degree or customer service experience highly preferred
- valid passport with ability to travel internationally
- ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
- successful completion of drug test
- successful completion of 6-week training program

- conduct pre-flight emergency equipment checks
- enforce FAA regulations
- execute emergency evacuations
- manage turbulence protocols
- respond to security threats
- utilize first aid and CPR in medical emergencies
- operate Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
- deliver exceptional customer service and personalized care
- manage meal and beverage services
- resolve flight delays and interpersonal conflicts
- accommodate special passenger requests
- collaborate with crews, gate agents, and pilots
- ensure on-time departures and smooth flight operations
