  • college degree or customer service experience highly preferred
  • valid passport with ability to travel internationally
  • ability to pass FAA-mandated background check
  • successful completion of drug test
  • successful completion of 6-week training program

  • manage turbulence protocols
  • respond to security threats
  • utilize first aid and CPR in medical emergencies
  • operate Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
  • deliver exceptional customer service and personalized care
  • manage meal and beverage services
  • resolve flight delays and interpersonal conflicts
  • accommodate special passenger requests
  • collaborate with crews, gate agents, and pilots
  • ensure on-time departures and smooth flight operations
