Job Requirements

  • Strong seafood and back-of-house background
  • experience running a kitchen
  • accurate and responsible ordering skills
  • passion for recipes, research and development, and creation
  • scheduling and staffing oversight experience
  • knowledge of profit and loss, cost control, and labor management
  • legal authorization to work in the US

  • Strong experience in seafood preparation and back-of-house kitchen operations
  • proven experience managing a kitchen and kitchen staff
  • excellent skills in ordering, inventory, and cost management
  • passionate about recipe development and culinary innovation

  • excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations for the seafood stall
  • manage ordering and inventory control accurately
  • develop and refine seafood recipes through research and development
  • create and maintain staff schedules
  • supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper training
  • control food costs, labor, and monitor profit and loss
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
